To be responsible for adapting a brand strategy for a company's target market.As the 'brand guardian', to maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications, and may manage a portfolio of products.To create a lasting impression among consumers and improving product sales and market share.
- Yearly Marketing Plan Development.
- Yearly Budget planning for marketing department.
- Event Planning & Execution.
- Branding & Display work of Channel Partners Showroom.
- Handle Media buying & publishing.
- Digital Marketing Plan development & execution.
- Product Launch Management.
- Develop Marketing Materials (Brochure, Flyers, Ads, Stationary, Diary etc.) with help of design agency and timely distribution of the same.
- Continuously adapting better ways of branding & promotion.
- Routine co-ordination with design team & internal team for marketing material development.
- Audit Branding Processes and Expenses.
Qualification And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduation Degree (Not Mandatory)
- Results-oriented and team player
- Minimum 4-5years' experience in a related field
- Good in communication
- Quick learner
- Have good analytical skills
- Confident, energetic and has the appetite to work in a start-up and grow faster
