Job Description

Job Purpose :

Maintaining and increasingSalesAssigned area.
Reaching the targets and goals.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.
Servicing the needs of existing customers.

Job Requirements :

Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets in line with overall company strategy.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
Discuss for Marketing and Product Development matters with National Head - Strategy & Marketing to ensure brand consistency
Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board in line with company strategy.
Reporting to Directors.
Qualification And Experience

Post Graduation Degree in Business Administration
Preferably from building material industry
Must be able to make sales strategy and drive the organization to next level.
Results-oriented and team player
Minimum 15 years' experience in a related field
With existing network of contacts among architectural firm, Carpenters, Fabricators, Contractors, real estate developers, builders.

Team Details :

70+ team members including Regional Head/Zonal Head, Area Managers, Asst. Manager

Soft Skills
Master of Business Administration or similar relevant field
In depth knowledge of managing a high performance sales team
Hands on experience with CRM software
Applicable experience of sales performance metrics
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
Analytical and data driven problem solver
