Working closely with marketing staff and aligning their work towards company objectives.
Conducting Marketing Activities as per pre-defined territory wise KRAs i.e. new counters, lead management (i.e. total lead, won lead, lost lead), territory wise projected promotional activities i.e. meets, exhibitions, Architect/territory visits and other promotional activities may be decided as powerful execution of already implemented or current marketing strategies with application of pre-expected skills.
Monitoring current Marketing strategy/Goals & periodically reviewing & modifying it as as per market conditions with discussion with Management.
Searching untapped areas/Underdeveloped areas & enforce marketing in that area to develop it.
Preparing product segment development strategies to enhance segment wise product sales.
Differentiating Sales and marketing activity, Creating strategy for achieving defined sales figure with sound brand image in market.
Updating & upgrading marketing staff skill by providing apt training.
Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports.
Reporting to Management.
