To generate & manage sales of KICH staircase railing products. Closely work with Architects, Fabricators, Interior Designers,Builders, PMCs, & partners to assure that KICH staircase railing products are recommended by these influences & sold in the projects.
Actively managing & looking for execution of major won projects.
Plan and deliver the Revenue objectives for staircase railing projects business vertical for the required area.
Plan annual, quarterly operational plan for given area.
Prepare & present reports on the business periodically to concern authorities.
Making the specification business with architects/interiors
Manage large tenders (Key accounts) of public sector and private sector constructions right from specification stage to the final closing stage
Ensure timely collection of outstanding.
Focus on the conversion of quotations to Purchase Order and finally winning the project.
Good in communication
Sound presentation skills
Ability to communicate with high end project owners/Purchase Heads/Procurement heads/leading architects/PMC's
Functional understanding of project business in the building material industry
Qualification And Experience
Bachelor's Degree (preferably Mechanical/Civil)
Preferably from building material industry, not mandatory
Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a related field
With existing network of contacts among top architectural firms and PMCs are preferred.
Candidate handling Major Accounts of construction line.
